Our Chef Manuel Ribail has made his way in Normandy and Champagne where he learned the art of cooking from prestigious houses.

In 2000, Manuel and his wife Carole settled in Le Prieuré where they were able to bring diversity in the quality of the menus, as well as in the choice of wines and the attention brought to the service.

Member of the Berry Gourmet Tables and Ambassador of the Label "Maître Restaurateur", our Chef continues to innovate in his preparations of dishes with refined flavors.
